Available Shifts:
• Friday, Saturday, Wednesday - 12-hour Days
• Friday, Monday, Saturday, Sunday, Thursday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 12-hour Nights
Qualifications:
• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• BSN preferred
• Current, unrestricted RN license in your state of practice
• New grads are encouraged to apply!
• Reliable transportation required
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, independent care to improve client health outcomes.
• Conduct in-home client visits for skilled interventions focused on realistic health goals.
• Provide direct care and effectively delegate tasks based on qualifications and competence.
• Act as an advocate for clients and collaborate with their families and healthcare teams.
• Assess and evaluate client health statuses, documenting findings and care plans.
• Review and update care plans regularly to align with client needs.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and educate clients and families on self-administration.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic home environment for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all safety and infection control procedures.
