Your Responsibilities as a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN):
• Conduct initial and comprehensive assessments of patients and families to identify hospice needs, focusing on pain management and other symptoms.
• Perform ongoing evaluations of the patient's physical and psychosocial status.
• Collaboratively develop and initiate a care plan with the Interdisciplinary Team, the patient/family, and the physician.

Essential Qualifications for Hospice Registered Nurses (RN):
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or a compact multi-state license
• At least 12 months of nursing experience within the last 5 years
• One year of hospice care experience is preferred
