Key Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years ICU/MICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• NIH certification preferred
• Active RN license in Kentucky or a pact License
• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Ability to manage a 1:2 patient ratio effectively
• Must reside within 100 miles of the facility for consideration

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate documentation and munication
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while maintaining a 1:2 patient ratio
• Participate in a prehensive orientation that begins bi-weekly to ensure seamless integration into the unit

Schedule:
• 36 hours on, 48 hours off, supporting work-life balance and optimal rest
