Facility: GSS ND Park River Address: 301 Co Rd 12B, Park River, ND 58270, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $32.50 - $48.00 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering personalized nursing care to residents through the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create and execute individualized care plans based on residents’ needs. Key responsibilities include: • Providing comprehensive care through the phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinating care and conducting resident assessments and education. • Serving as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable care. • Upholding and advocating for the standards of nursing practice and ethics as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association. Qualifications We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria: • Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred), with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing being highly desirable. • Possess an unencumbered RN license in the applicable state or hold multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Be committed to maintaining department-specific competencies and certifications.
