An ideal candidate should be able to assess and prioritize patient needs, have good time management and pay strict attention to details. Must be able to work independently, and work well with others. Activities include patient assessment and documentation of IV infusions of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapies, IM and SC injections, central line access, dressing changes, therapeutic phlebotomies, patient education, patient triage and coordination of care through a multi-disciplinary approach.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Nursing duties Coordination of patient care EMR QUALIFICATIONS:Active RN license in the state of LA requiredONS/OCN highly preferredBLS CPR required3 years of nursing experience in a clinic, Oncology nursing experience preferred.Ability to work with multiple physicians
