The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Russellville, Alabama to hire compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses for inpatient hospital units. Multiple schedules are available, including PRN, Full-Time Days, and Full-Time Nights.
About the Role
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in an acute care hospital setting, delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing services. This role works collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to hospital safety, quality, and infection control standards
Qualifications
• Active RN license in the state of Alabama
• Minimum of 3 months of nursing experience (acute care experience preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
