Registered Nurse - Inpatient Psychiatry in Millbury, MA

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit At Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit. Key Responsibilities • Providing nursing care to patients and families in our • Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu. • Providing education to patients and families. • Facilitating group therapies. • Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff. • 32 hours, day/evening rotating, occasional nights, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Minimum Qualifications Education: • A bachelor's degree in nursing Experience: • 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric RN experience preferred. • Charge nurse experience preferred.
