Bi-weekly Hours: 72.00

Shift: 7am-7:30pm; 11a-11:30p; rotating weekends, rotating holidays

Primary Patient Population:
• Stroke Rehabilitation

Key Skills and Competencies You'll Utilize:
• Neurological assessments
• Adaptive Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Transfer and Mobility training
• Specialized rehabilitation education for patients and families

Collaborative Team Environment: As a Registered Nurse, you will work alongside:
• LPNs
• Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs)
• Nurse Interns
• Providers
• Social Workers/Case Management
• Respiratory Therapy
• Physical/Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Art & Music Therapy
• Dieticians

Unit Capacity: 14 beds

Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or another professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
