Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ICU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA
ACLS-AHA
CERT-NIH Stroke Scale SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in the last 24 months Driver's License Copy On-File UHS Specific Employment History Cover Page to be completed with Recruiter 2 Professional References Within Last 2 Years Flu vaccination are required, declinations are not accepted
