Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit in Dilworth, MN

Weekly Hours: 36.00
Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00
The Broadway ICU offers an 18-bed critical care unit that handles complex medical and surgical cases. Our patients face conditions such as severe sepsis, respiratory failure, polysubstance abuse, multi-system organ failure, kidney transplants, and oncology treatments. Critical nursing intervention and monitoring are crucial in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, to implement and assess care strategies.
• Provide empathetic care across all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and competency.
Qualifications
We require candidates to be graduates from accredited nursing programs. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. Candidates must hold an unencumbered RN license in their practicing state and maintain necessary competencies and certifications.
