As a part of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and intensive treatment. Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
• Instructing patients and their families on medications and treatment plans.
• Providing exceptional care while striving for continuous improvement.
To qualify for this position, you will need:
• A valid Florida RN license or a multistate RN license (if relocating, compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days).
• A current BLS certification from an AHA Provider, to be obtained within 30 days of starting.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• A BSN degree is preferred.
• CCRN certification is advantageous.
