An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Interventional Radiology experience to support a well-established healthcare team in Arvada, CO. This role involves delivering expert nursing care during IR procedures for adult and geriatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Key Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse licensure. • Minimum of 1 year experience in Interventional Radiology nursing. • Certifications required: ACLS and BLS. • Proficient in IV insertion and managing procedural sedation. • Comfortable with a 1:1 to 1:2 patient ratio. • Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is preferred. Schedule and Responsibilities: • 36 hours per week, working four 9-hour shifts Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a rotating day off. • Rotating night call from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Rotating 24-hour call on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). • Willingness to float among regional locations, including Avista, Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, and Porter, with at least 2 hours’ notice. • Care duties include managing 6-8 patients daily, covering outpatient and inpatient recoveries (patients requiring phase 1 anesthesia recovery are managed in PACU).
