Responsibilities: • Deliver nursing care in the Interventional Radiology (IR) setting with a focus on EP cases • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures • Manage patient assessments and monitor vital signs, ensuring safety and comfort throughout procedures • Utilize Meditech documentation system for accurate patient record-keeping • Respond to on-call requirements, remaining available to report to the hospital within 30 minutes for 7-10 days per month • Uphold strict adherence to infection control standards and institutional protocols • Wear surgical scrubs provided by the facility Qualifications/Desired Experience: • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license • ACLS and BLS certification required • Prior experience in Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology highly preferred • Ability to manage minimum 10 shifts per month, including alternating weekends • Capable of working independently and adapting in a fast-paced interventional suite Schedule: • Primarily Four 10-hour shifts • Minimum of 10 shifts monthly, including alternating weekends • On-call duties 7-10 days per month This position offers a compelling chance to enhance specialized nursing skills in a cutting-edge clinical environment.
