Foundation Medical Partners, our multi-specialty group, spans 70+ practices across southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, providing coordinated, patient-centered care to thousands each year.About the Job:Title: IV (Intravenous) Resource Specialist Department: Medical Center, IV Resource Reports To: IV Resource Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-exemptThe IV Resource Specialist assesses and evaluates patients’ health status related to vascular access and IV therapy needs, developing care plans accordingly.
