Requirements Experience 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience. Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. References Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role License Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license Certifications BLS (Required) ACLS (Required) NIHSS (Required) Vaccinations Flu vaccination required. Additional Details: Shift & schedule requirements: Every other weekend & every other holiday required. Effective immediately, any RN who calls off a scheduled shift is required to make up the missed shift within the same week. Overtime to accommodate make-up shifts is not permitted. If the shift cannot be made up within the same week, the assignment end date will be extended to include the missed shift(s). Floating requirements: Floating required between RMC and Hopewell campuses, will go to any MST unit or ED Holds as needed.
