Position Summary Motivated, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to support and help lead our patient onboarding and advocacy efforts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring patients gain timely access to therapy by managing insurance benefit investigations and prior authorizations across both medical and pharmacy benefits. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required Prior authorization or insurance experience strongly preferred Key Responsibilities: Review and verify prescriptions and clinical documentation Perform comprehensive insurance benefit investigations Complete prior authorizations (medical and pharmacy) from start to finish Collaborate closely with physician offices for clinical coordination and documentation Support patients with financial assistance and copay programs Maintain accurate documentation per company policies and procedures Respond to patient and provider inquiries with professionalism and empathy Deliver exceptional patient advocacy, care coordination, and customer service Compensation & Benefits While this role may pay less than traditional bedside nursing positions, we intentionally offset that with predictable schedules, a supportive in-office environment, and long-term sustainability.
