JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Description:The Arc Western Montana is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a medical group home setting. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Medical Group Home, Missoula What We Offer: • Starting Pay: $35.00 per hour • Shift Differential: $1 per hour 7pm - 7am • Paid training including a comprehensive introduction to working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Mandt certification Flexible Scheduling : • Full-time: 36 hours per week, 3x12s • Part-time: 12–24 hours per week • PRN: Minimum 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks) • 7p - 7a night shift currently available Benefits (Vary by Position Type): • Up to 3 weeks of PTO per year • Medical & Dental Insurance starting at $95/month • Vision & Life Insurance • 403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 3.5% company match • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility Your Role: • Provide direct nursing care in a medical group home setting • Conduct monthly health assessments and routine wellness checks • Administer medications and manage medical orders • Attend and support clients during medical appointments • Maintain clear and accurate electronic documentation • Support triage for clients in other group homes as needed Ready to make a difference? Requirements: What We're Looking For: • Current RN license in the State of Montana • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills • Must pass background check and drug screening • Relatively clear driver record with at least 3 years of driving experience
