Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Services team. The RN provides high-quality patient care, supports clinical operations, and ensures exceptional service across the outpatient continuum.

Shift's Available: Days and Nights

Employment Type: Full Time, Part Time

Hours: 12hr Shifts

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.00*

The Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care within the scope of practice in the Outpatient Services setting.
• Deliver safe, effective direct patient care in an outpatient/ambulatory setting.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document care according to nursing standards.
• Communicate promptly with physicians, the Director of Surgical Services, House Supervisor, and healthcare team regarding patient condition, diagnostic results, and treatment plans.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and support emergency interventions.
• Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Support patient flow, scheduling, and department organization to ensure an efficient outpatient experience.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and outpatient best practices.
• Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and required in-service trainings. Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
4. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
5. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
6. Ventilator Management experience preferred.
7. Medical-Surgical Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or similar certification; preferred.
8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
