As a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, you will utilize the nursing process—including assessment, planning, intervention, documentation, and evaluation—to provide both direct and indirect patient care tailored to the needs of expectant mothers and their families. You will develop individualized care plans, engaging patients and their families in meaningful education and support, ensuring their comfort and privacy throughout the process. You will utilize your judgment and expertise to guide ancillary staff in delivering high-quality care, all while maintaining patient confidentiality and satisfaction for patients, families, and physicians alike.
