Qualifications
Your role & requirements:Completes assessments and plan of care on assigned patients and provides individualized nursing careAdministers medications as assigned, serves as a resource for knowledge of medication uses, educates residents about their medications, checks for proper medication orders, dosage, side effects and documents medications according to policyPromotes and provides health care teaching to residentsValid Utah RN or Multi-State Compact authority to practiceMust be at least 21 years of age or older, able to pass a background check and drug screenEEO Statement - We believe that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success.
