Your Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse Lead plans, coordinates, delivers, and oversees nursing care, services, and health education for nursing home residents. • Oversee the care and services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members assisting residents. • Administer safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents. • Assess residents' health and promptly notify physicians of any changes; implement new orders without delay. • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments. • Select and execute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents' conditions and prevent complications. • Assist with resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and care plan development.
