Your Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for nursing home guests. • Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members. • Administer safe and precise medication-related interventions. • Assess guest health and notify physicians of status changes; implement new orders immediately. • Develop and implement personalized care plans based on assessments. • Stabilize guest conditions and prevent complications through appropriate nursing interventions. • Contribute to comprehensive guest assessments and care plan development. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. • CPR certification is required.
