Weekly Hours: Varies
Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00
Department Details
• Travel required to support multiple locations within a 150-mile radius of your permanent address.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for required travel.
• Premium Pay Rates:
• $5/hour premium on all hours worked.
• $1.25/hour weekend shift differential.
• $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
Experience Requirements:
• 3 months of experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
Scheduling Requirements:
• Minimum of 30 hours per month.
• One weekend shift per month.
Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. You will collaborate with residents and families, as well as inter-disciplinary colleagues, to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Our RN promotes health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment for residents in various phases of preventative care.
The RN may serve as charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. You will provide support to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care and assist in resolving care concerns, all within the standards outlined by the Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Must hold an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing where the practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure in an NLC state.
