Facility: GSS NE Albion Location: Albion, NE Address: 1222 S 7th St, Albion, NE 68620, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule: PRN Weekly Hours: Varies Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 Department Details: • Travel required to support multiple locations within a 150-mile radius of your permanent address. • Mileage reimbursement provided for required travel. • Premium Pay Rates: • $5/hour premium on all hours worked. • $1.25/hour weekend shift differential. • $1.25/hour evening/night shift differential (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM). Experience Requirements: • 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred). Scheduling Requirements: • Minimum of 30 hours per month. • One weekend shift per month. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing personalized and compassionate care to residents. You will utilize your nursing expertise to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care tailored to each individual's needs. Collaboration is key as you partner with residents, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance care outcomes. Your responsibilities include: • Coordinating resident care and conducting thorough assessments. • Implementing educational programs for residents and their families. • Delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe and effective care delivery. You will also uphold the highest nursing practice standards and adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring that every resident receives exceptional care throughout all phases of their health journey. Qualifications: • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. • Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. • Minimum of 18 years of age. • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
