You will collaborate with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to develop and evaluate care plans. You will demonstrate competency and practice across the full spectrum of nursing and provide care during preventative, maintenance, diagnostic, and treatment phases. As an RN, you may serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel while ensuring safe and effective care delivery. You will function within the established scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and maintain ongoing compliance with required competencies and certifications. Qualifications • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is highly regarded. • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, and possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. • Commitment to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
