Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to residents by utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing care during all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinating resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions. • May act as a charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel. • Ensuring the safe and effective administration of resident care. • Adhering to the standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and demonstrating ethical nursing practices. Qualifications We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: • Graduated from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. • Holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or maintains multistate licensure if applicable. • Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
