Roles & Responsibilities • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following facility protocols • Monitor resident condition, document changes, and communicate findings to the care team • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to create and update individualized care plans • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions while ensuring continuity of care • Educate residents and families about care plans and promote resident-centered care Qualifications • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts • Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team Education • LPN: Practical Nursing diploma or certificate • RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Knowledge & Skills • Medication administration and safe dosing practices • Wound care, ADL assistance, and restorative nursing techniques • Patient assessment, vital signs, and documentation in electronic or paper charts • Infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance • Time management and prioritization in a busy care environment Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental & vision coverage to keep you healthy and ready for work • Paid Time Off to recharge—because life happens outside the facility too • Licensure assistance & reimbursement to help you maintain your credentials • 401K retirement savings plan so you can plan for the future • Life Insurance for extra peace of mind • On-site training and professional development to grow your skills • A supportive team that values YOU and your contributions • Referral bonus program—bring a friend and celebrate together
