Your Impact as a Registered Nurse:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Performing thorough patient assessments and creating personalized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Providing wound care and other essential nursing interventions.
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Leading and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing high-quality care.

Qualifications for Success:
