RN– Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Morris, MN
Contract Length: 7 Weeks
Shift: 8-hour Evening Shifts
Compensation
• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,300
• Taxable Pay: $1,054/week
• Stipend: $1,246/week
• Blended Rate: $57.50/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RN for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Morris, Minnesota. This short-term, high-paying contract is ideal for an LPN looking for consistent evening shifts in a supportive long-term care environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control standards
Qualifications
• Active Minnesota RN license
• Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skill
