Job Requirements
• Education Requirements: Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska or eligible for licensure reciprocity.
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification; ACLS preferred but not mandatory; CPR certification.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM); strong communication skills; flexibility in schedule; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility during night shifts, ensuring all patient needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
• Assess residents’ health status, administer medications, and document findings accurately using the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Maintain strict adherence to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Monitor residents’ conditions continuously during shifts, respond promptly to emergencies, and effectively communicate with staff and families.
