Registered Nurse - Manager in Calabasas, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare leadership and financial management, with a focus on surgery center operations. This role requires a flexible schedule to meet program needs, including some weekend availability. Required Qualifications: • 4 years of healthcare leadership experience • 2 years of financial management experience • High School Diploma or GED • California RN license • BLS/ACLS certification (AHA or ARC only) • Surgery center experience Preferred Qualifications: • BSN or Master's in Nursing or Healthcare Administration • Interest in temp to perm opportunities • Experience with compliance and local, state, and federal accreditation Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and direct all activities of the facility according to its policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives. • Participate in financial, clinical, and cost-containment decisions. • Ensure that the facility meets all related local, state, federal, and accrediting-body rules and regulations. • Serve as internal risk manager. • Manage all aspects of the environment of care, personnel, materials/equipment, and education of personnel. • Coordinate and direct patient care in the facility according to adopted policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and accepted accreditation standards. • Promote a favorable image of the facility to physicians, patients, insurance companies, and the general public.
