Become the Nurse Manager You've Always Dreamed Of Your transformative journey involves: • Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on your designated shift or unit. • Ensuring all patient care activities are performed effectively. • Assigning the right nursing personnel needed for care and ensuring team presence. • Identifying training needs and collaborating with leaders to provide resources for staff development. • Celebrating the achievements and milestones of our patients. Qualifications • Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations. • BLS certification with ACLS certification required within one year of hire. • CRRN certification must be obtained within a year after meeting eligibility requirements. • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. • Five years of nursing experience, with at least two years in an inpatient hospital environment. • Experience in a leadership role, such as charge nurse or in a lead capacity, where you were directly involved in reporting, resolving issues, setting direction, and being accountable for patient and staff outcomes.
