MDS Coordinator – Day Shift | 13-Week Contract Location: Miller, SD Duration: 13 Weeks Hours: 40 Hours/Week Shift: Days Position Overview We are seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator for a 13-week contract assignment in Miller, South Dakota. This role is responsible for accurate MDS assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting.
