Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with medical providers and the care team. Focus on the patient's comprehensive and compassionate care, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and organizational values. Responsibilities: • Assess patients' conditions during admission and every shift, identifying and reporting changes promptly. • Perform procedures and functions as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation in patients' medical records. • Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for their therapeutic responses. • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring a clear understanding. Qualifications: • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. • Registered Nurse license. • Registered Nurse diploma.
