The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes, ensuring care is delivered in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. When in PRN status, Tier 2 requires a commitment of working 3 shifts per pay period.
