Education Requirements • Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing. Work Experience • Required: None. Certifications • Required: Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. • Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area.
