Relocate to Salida, CO. $5000 Sign on bonus with relocation assistance available. Work on our Medical Surgical Unit. This position is part time working every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You will have 4 days on and 10 days off. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional acute care and swing bed services, upholding the highest standards of evidence-based practice. • Assess and evaluate patient health data to develop and execute personalized care plans. • Provide supportive therapies and restorative treatments to promote life and well-being. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, addressing medical, social, and spiritual needs with cultural and age-appropriate care. • Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans for efficacy. • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of all patient care activities. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS • Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. • Must maintain current BLS • Must maintain current ACLS and PALS certification or within 60 days of employment.
