Our opportunities will include general medical surgical, progressive care, intensive care and additional niche clinical openings with a variety of shifts available to include nights, days and either a full-time or part-time capacity. What is Needed to Join IU Health? • Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. • *Exceptions**Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Certifications: • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. • Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
