Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside a multidisciplinary team. Your role will involve:
• Assessing patient conditions upon admission and throughout each shift, swiftly identifying changes and reporting them.
• Performing ordered procedures and monitoring patient responses, ensuring accurate documentation of care provided.
• Responding proactively to patient needs and inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications in a clear and supportive manner.
Qualifications:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience accepted.
