Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Location: Sedalia, MO

Schedule / Job Type:

Night shift (3×12-Hour shifts, 18:30 – 7:00), 3 shifts per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor patient health status and record observations accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications:
• Current MO or Compact RN license (must be valid at time of submission)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (must be active at time of submission)
• Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts and handle a patient ratio of 1:4-5
• References and copies of certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Prior experience in a hospital setting on Med Surg units
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
