Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and nursing best practices. You will collaborate with medical teams to provide comprehensive and compassionate care, advocating for patients and embodying the organization's values for outstanding clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient conditions during admissions and shifts, identifying changes promptly.
• Perform medical procedures as directed while ensuring accurate documentation of care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for responses, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
• Educate patients and families about their medical conditions and treatments to ensure thorough understanding.
Qualifications:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or a Registered Nurse diploma.
