Responsibilities:
Evaluate and monitor patients’ progress throughout their care.^Identify sudden or subtle changes in patient medical conditions promptly.^Provide regular updates to physicians, patients, and family members.^Initiate treatments and monitor medication doses.^Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and alert the necessary healthcare providers.^Complete all necessary documentation prior to patient transfers.^Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.^Develop and implement individualized, effective care plans.
