Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Float Pool team! Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with persons, care givers, groups and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.Work Schedule: 0.75 FTE, Straight Overnight 12-hour shifts & every third weekendRequired Qualifications:Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degree program in Nursing. BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.
