Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical in Jacksonville, AR

Department: 3A-North Medsurg Shift: Night Working Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Summary: A dedicated Registered Nurse at Baptist Health is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care through the application of the nursing process and evidence-based practices. Qualifications: • A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or a Registered Nurse in good standing, licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. • BSN preferred. • Ability to apply foundational nursing knowledge and skills to meet the established standards of care. • Ability to function as an integral member of the healthcare team. • Not currently enrolled in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program. • Healthcare CPR certification is required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS) may be required, with training provided. • Specific specialty education will be provided for specialty units. Additional Information: This position is authorized for 72 hours bi-weekly.
