
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical ICU - 10K Sign On in Cohasset, MA
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing care to patients with life-threatening/potentially life-threatening conditions which are complex, progressive and rapidly changing medically, surgically and traumatically for patients ranging in age from newborn to early-adulthood.
• Working in a fast paced, collaborative environment with many opportunities for learning and career growth with comprehensive orientation to meet individual needs
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
BSN required
Experience:
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 2 years’ experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
• Pediatric or adult ICU preferred. Pediatric ICU experience, preferred.
Licensure/ Certifications:
• Massachusetts RN Licensure
Sign On Bonus:
• This position is eligible for a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus (not eligible for internal candidates and not eligible for former BCH employees who worked here in the past 2years).
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
