Job Summary & Qualifications

We are searching for a compassionate and reliable Medical Surgical RN to provide top-notch care for adults who are ill, injured, or recovering. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clinical situations and managing treatment autonomously in a supportive, team-based environment focused on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
• Collect comprehensive data related to the patient's health or situation.
• Advocate for patients within the interdisciplinary team.
• Analyze assessment data to diagnose patient issues.
• Develop individualized care plans based on expected outcomes and patient needs.
• Serve as a patient safety advocate, ensuring effective care delivery.
• Utilize time, supplies, and equipment efficiently.
• Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments, offering ongoing support throughout their stay.

Requirements:
• Valid Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days).
• BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days of start.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred).
• Preferred: 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care setting.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of employment.
