Role Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department standards and practices. You will closely collaborate with medical providers and the care team to offer personalized, compassionate care while serving as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers. Your Responsibilities Include: • Conducting thorough assessments of the patient's condition during admission and at each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and communicating any changes in status. • Performing designated procedures, monitoring, and actions as instructed by medical providers, ensuring meticulous documentation in the patient's medical record. • Administering medications and monitoring patients for therapeutic responses while addressing any unintended reactions as needed. • Providing exceptional care by proactively responding to patient requests, anticipating needs, and resolving concerns effectively. • Educating patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring they fully understand the information provided. Qualifications: • Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. • Registered Nurse (RN) license required. • Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma is necessary.
