Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care while utilizing established medical-surgical nursing standards.
• Build meaningful relationships and advocate for patients and their families to create personalized care plans.
• Implement and assess nursing interventions based on patient needs using the nursing process.
• Develop comprehensive strategies considering diverse patient backgrounds and health dimensions.
• Stay informed on the effects of illness on patients' holistic well-being in a variety of aspects.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• No prior experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
• Frequent standing, walking, and oral communication.
• Some lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs; patient mobility assistance when necessary.
• Ability to see, hear, and perceive odors essential for patient care.
Licenses and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; Compact State licenses accepted.
Work Schedule:
Night Shift - 24 Weekly Scheduled Hours.
