Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will be integral to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care while adhering to the highest standards of practice. Collaborate closely with medical providers and your care team to offer personalized and compassionate healthcare, embracing the nursing model of "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, aligning with our organization's vision and values for excellent patient outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions during their admission and at each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in status.
• Execute medical procedures and administer medications as ordered, recording all relevant care details in the patient's medical record.
• Deliver unparalleled care by responding quickly to patient requests and anticipating their needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about illnesses, care plans, medications, and follow-up requirements, ensuring clarity in communication.
Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current registered nurse license in your practice state and/or an active compact license as required by law.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
