Job Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care in line with the established policies and protocols of our healthcare organization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Applying standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to enhance patient care quality and patient experiences.
• Building trusting relationships with patients and their families to create individualized care plans.
• Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for each patient.
• Considering various factors—physical, cultural, social, and economic—during patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Communicating effectively and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals during care decisions.
• Educating patients and families about health maintenance, recovery, and comfort measures.
• Mentoring and setting a positive example for nursing colleagues and students.
• Implementing evidence-based practices to deliver nursing care tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Completing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• No prior experience required.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to communicate effectively, stand, walk, lift, and use visual and auditory skills in a clinical environment.
• Must be able to handle occasional lifting and moving of patients safely.
Licensure:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required in the applicable state.
